  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number). Our lawful ground for this processing is legitimate interests which is to grow our business. We may also use such data to send other marketing communications to you. Sensitive Data

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race, ethnicity, religion, political affiliations, or sexual orientation.

 

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

Transactional Data

The Transactional Data may include your contact details, your card details, and the transaction details. The transaction data may be processed for the purpose of supplying the purchased goods and services and keeping proper records of those transactions. Payment processing on our Site is handled by our payment services providers, Wix. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds. Data Security

Beautee Flowers ensures all web compliance standards are met when handling any of your personal information including the prevention of your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, altered, disclosed, or accessed without authorization. This includes but is not limited to the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, working with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) compliant partners and necessary encryption of customer data. We also allow access to your personal data only to those employees and partners who have a business need to know such data. 

 

Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

 

Inherent Online Risk

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your information, you understand and acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy risks and limitations of the Internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Websites cannot be guaranteed.

 

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 (16 in the United Kingdom/European Union) without parental consent. We do not sell the personal information of consumers under the age of 16 if we have actual knowledge of the individual’s age.  The Websites are general audience sites and are not specifically targeted to or intended for use by children.  If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under thirteen (13) years of age (16 in the United Kingdom/European Union) without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.  If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under thirteen (13) years of age, please contact us at hello@beauteeflowers.com.

Marketing Communication (Email List and Unsubscribing)

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, we may send you marketing communications from us if you made a purchase or asked for information from us about our goods or services or you agreed to receive marketing communications and in each case you have not opted out of receiving such communications since. These may include advance notice of sales, new merchandise, and special promotions. Under these regulations, if you are a limited company, we may send you marketing emails without your consent. Email addresses collected on the Site are used internally. Email communications are not encrypted and are not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. We will never ask for sensitive information via email. 

 

You can still opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time. If you choose to opt out of receiving marketing communications this opt out does not apply to personal data provided as a result of other purchases or transactions.

California and Nevada Privacy Rights

The States of California and Nevada have laws which provide you with additional rights.

  3. Credit card and card payment processors and other companies that help facilitate your transactions and payment processing;

  4. Companies that provide statistical analysis of your interactions with us;

  5. Companies that provide customer support, order fulfillment, product shipment and delivery;

  6. Companies that provide marketing and advertising services; and

  7. Other third parties that may be approved by you.

 

If you would like to exercise any of these rights, you or your authorized agent may contact us by telephone, mail or e-mail at the addresses, telephone number or other manner we provided to you above or as set forth in the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link. California Minor Removal Request

If you are under 18 years of age and live in California, you have the right to request removal of content posted by you on our websites. Upon receipt of a fully completed removal request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove content posted by you from our websites. Any such request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of your posted content. For example, your posted content may continue to appear on our websites if it has been reposted by others. Additionally, while we may remove the content you posted from our websites, it may continue to be stored on our servers (although it will not be visible to other users of our websites). You must complete the removal request form accurately and in its entirety in order for the request to be processed.
